We don’t charge delivery cost. It’s totally FREE! How great!? However we do offer Next Day Delivery service as an option for Dubai based customers.

Our super hard working team aims to ship out your order within 24 hours (Mon-Fri, excluding public holiday). Delivery time varies depending on your destination. Next Day Delivery (1 business day) option is currently available for Dubai only (orders will be shipped same day if ordered before 1pm Monday-Friday, any orders after the cut-off time will be sent the following working day. Please note that if you order next day delivery after 1pm on a Friday or on a Saturday or Sunday, this will be dispatched on the Monday and arrive on the following Tuesday).

Dubai: Next day delivery 1 business day
All Other UAE Locations: 2-3 business days

* Delivery times are indicative and deliveries might be subject to delays with the delivery company, especially during busy periods, like public holidays when delivery might take slightly longer than usual. Deliveries will be made to the shipping address provided by you at checkout and it is your sole responsibility to ensure that the address provided is complete and accurate. Customers has full responsibility to keep track of their orders at all times with the tracking number provided. We are not responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments or orders sent to incorrect or invalid addresses In the event that a product is lost in transit back to us, we will help as much as we reasonably and necessary can to trace the package. To arrange redelivery you will have to cover for all return and postage fees. If requesting refund for a return due to invalid address, failed attempted deliveries or uncollected orders then the charge will be deducted from the refund. Note that we will do this independently of potential free delivery offers. We cannot offer free delivery twice.
